As the Webmaster at Iona College my primary duties was to manage the design and development of the college website. As part of the web team responsible for maintaining the website I was also responsible for coordinating the efforts of multiple web admins to help manage the web projects.
We had the opportunity to collaborate ideas and solve issues quickly which made each challenge manageable. Supporting constant content updates in a fast pas environment on a platform that serviced 35,000 staff and students was not easy. I received direction for content to post to the website and images to optimize from the marketing department.
I worked on all visual aspects of the website utilizing elements from their branding, which I also helped develop, to create the initial style sheets and html templates.
